MUSIC BUSINESS CONSULTING - is designed as a mentorship with clients in a project-based and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal network and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s complex economic environment. Career Consulting for the working musician honors the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, and resourceful. Your coach's responsibility is to: 1) Clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve 2) Encourage client self-discovery 3) Elicit solutions and strategies to accomplish a goal 4) Hold the client responsible and accountable. This process helps clients improve their musicianship and life, while unlocking their leadership skills and their career potential. Package contains 12 sessions and 2 review session. All sessions include extensive feedback providing subject areas to improve, and / or maintain.

PRIVATE COACHING is a path forward for a musician to take their playing to the next level. Clients enroll for various reasons. 1) A gap exists in musical knowledge, skills, confidence or resources - a desire to accelerate professional results 2) A lack of clarity with choices to be made on how to advance. 3) Success has started to stagnate. 4) Core strengths need to be identified, along with how best to leverage them. With my approach, each student is given a personal, customized 3-month plan, with clear steps to follow so they may achieve their goals. At the Jersey Shore Jazz Workshop, I offer private coaching to players at three different levels - 1) Jazz Fluency, 2) Advanced Research and 3) Artist Advisement. Private coaching relies on a mutual commitment between the student and the coach. When both are fully committed to the spirit of self-improvement, a transformative experience can happen for the aspiring musician.

COMPOSITION & RECORDING CONSULTATION - musicians can hone their composing, arranging, music copying and producing skills at the Jersey Shore Jazz Workshop. The JSJCW enables budding composers to come together monthly to share their ideas and learn new techniques. The JSJCW provides that environment by having participants to engage in regular discussion and commentary about their compositions. Finale music printing software techniques are taught. Works are read and recorded by international group of professional musicians brought together from all across the world online to form the Jersey Shore Jazz Composer Workshop's Virtual Ensemble.
